These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cabinet Coatings website and any related online services (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Cabinet Coatings of America, Inc. (“Cabinet Coatings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or communicating with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services and information on the Site
Cabinet Coatings provides home improvement services such as cabinet refinishing, cabinet refacing, remodeling, and related services (which may include countertops and other upgrades). The Site is provided for general information and to allow you to request an estimate or contact us. Site content may change at any time without notice.

2. Estimates, proposals, and scope of work
Any estimate request submitted through the Site is a request for information only. Estimates may be provided verbally, by email, or in writing and may depend on an on-site evaluation. A final scope of work, pricing, materials, timeline, and other terms will be confirmed in a separate written agreement or invoice before work begins. Unless stated otherwise in writing, estimates are not binding and may change based on site conditions, measurements, material selections, and customer requests.

3. Scheduling, access, and customer responsibilities
If you schedule an in-home appointment or project, you agree to provide safe, timely access to the property during scheduled times. You are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and any fragile items near the work area. You are also responsible for disclosing relevant conditions (for example: prior damage, water leaks, electrical issues, or unusual site conditions) that could affect the project.

4. Changes and additional work
If you request changes after an estimate or after work begins (including changes in materials, colors, finishes, layout, or scope), this may require a change order and may affect price and timeline.

5. Payments, deposits, and cancellations
Payment terms (including any deposits and progress payments) will be stated in your written agreement/invoice. If you cancel or reschedule after materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled, fees may apply where permitted by law and as stated in your written agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

6. Product availability, color variation, and finishes
Materials and products may be subject to availability and lead times. Color and finish results can vary due to lighting, surface condition, wood species, prior coatings, age, and other factors. Samples and mockups are the best representation, but exact matches are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Warranties and workmanship
Any workmanship warranty or product warranty will be described in your written agreement/invoice or provided by the manufacturer. Except as expressly stated in writing, the Site itself is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

8. Communications and text messaging
If you provide a phone number and opt in, we may contact you by phone or text for customer service, appointment scheduling, project updates, and (if you consent) marketing. You are not required to authorize Cabinet Coatings to contact you for marketing purposes as a condition of purchasing any services or products from Cabinet Coatings. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (including text, images, logos, graphics, and design) is owned by or licensed to Cabinet Coatings and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting to interfere with the Site’s security or operation, submitting false information, scraping content, introducing malware, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

11. Third-party links
The Site may include links to third-party websites (such as review platforms or service providers). We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabinet Coatings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

These limitations do not apply to rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Responsibility for your use of the Site
You are responsible for how you use the Site and for any information you submit. If your misuse of the Site causes harm to Cabinet Coatings or others, you agree you may be responsible for resulting costs and damages.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
