Available Positions at Cabinet Coatings
- Spray Line Technician ($20-$22 per hour): Assist the Spray Line Specialist. Assist with job pick-ups and installs. Prep doors and drawers for the spray process.
- Spray Line Specialist ($23-$27 per hour): Operate state-of-the-art sanding machine and spray machine. Assist with job pick-ups and installs. Prep doors and drawers for the spray process.
- Cabinet Refinishing Technician ($18-$22 per hour): Assist Cabinet Finishing Specialist on job sites. Prep cabinets for spray process and assist during the spray process. Assist with job pick-ups and installs.
- Cabinet Refinishing Specialist ($20-$24 per hour): Prep and spray cabinets on job sites. Assist with job pick-ups and installs.
- Cabinet Refinishing Team Lead ($25-$30 per hour): Prep and spray cabinets on job sites. Lead job pick-ups and installs.
- Modifications Specialist ($20-$30 per hour): Woodworking experience necessary. Build modifications both on job sites and at the facility. Assist with job pick-ups and installs.
- Paid apprenticeships are also available.
Join Our Apprenticeship Program
Cabinet Coatings now proudly offers apprenticeships for those interested in getting hands-on experience with cabinet refacing, refinishing, and remodeling. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job experience and learn from some of the sharpest minds in the cabinet remodeling industry.
This paid apprenticeship (starting at $13/hr) includes:
- One-on-one mentoring from our cabinet experts to learn our state-of-the-art cabinet refinishing process.
- Job experience in the workshop and on project sites.
- Potential permanent employment and career development.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Must have your own transportation, valid car insurance, and a clean driving record
- Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs
